About This Role

A Manufacturing Operations Analyst supports design, analysis, test and production operations for marine vessels. The ideal candidate should have a passion for manufacturing accompanied with exceptional communication skills, great attitude, be a result-oriented team player, and a great problem-solver.
Job Responsibilities:
· Analyze manufacturing operations data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
· Utilize Power BI and Microsoft Excel to create detailed reports and dashboards for management review.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive operational excellence.
· Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
· Participate in cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement. Utilize data analysis and statistical techniques to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
· Use scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera to track updates to our production sequence
· Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations

Perform other job-related duties as assigned by managementEducation Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree required in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Project Management, Computer science, or other related fields.
Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of experience in an analytics role.
· Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
· Possess effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
· Applicants are expected to have the ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.

· Experience working with MRP/ERP systems is recommended. Oracle experience preferred.
· Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
