We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Intern to join our dynamic Manufacturing supervisor team. Location: Faribault, MN -  in office 5 days per week 

 

Timeline: This Internship opportunity is for May–August 2025

What you will do: 

Shadow an Operations Supervisor and learn the day in a life of a Supervisor in a Manufacturing environment.   Work on a continuous improvement projects.  Collect, analyze, report daily production metrics  

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in an accredited degree program in Operations, Management, Business Administration, or related field.    1 year experience working with mechanical designs  Exposure to using Excel formulas or programming  Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  Basic understanding of Statistics
