Purpose: This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the manufacturing facility & production lines.  This role involves managing Team Members, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing operator efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily activities of the manufacturing floor, including monitoring production processes, staff scheduling and workflow management. Lead, mentor and coach team members providing guidance and support to ensure a productive and positive work environment. Ensure all employees adhere to safety protocols and regulations.  Monitor production output to ensure products meet established quality standards.  Implement additional training and/or corrective action when needed.  Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes, and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes that increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve quality.  Prepare and maintain production reports, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production volume, downtime and quality metrics. Address any production issues that arise, including equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, or personnel challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.  Work with training team ensuring the ability to enhance cross-functional employees, ensuring operational continuity meeting production needs.  Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, maintenance, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and meet organizational goals.
