We are currently seeking General Assembly Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our team!
The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor role directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives. Develops schedules and workforce requirements for assigned areas. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
San Antonio Manufacturing runs a 4x10 production schedule (Mon-Thurs, 5:30AM - 4:00PM).
This role will support production and may need to cover production recovery times including Fridays and weekends as needed.

Master’s degreeAt least 1 year of production/manufacturing experienceOR

• Auto or heavy truck manufacturing experience
• Team oriented and putting the company goals above individual goals

• Knowledge and ability to implement 5s and lean activities
• Ability to lead teams to improve safety and efficiency
• Continuous or background experience
• Able to work both in an indoor and outdoor setting
• Ability to work overtime to meet business needs
