Writes labels for all materials, components, and products with identifying information such as Description, Quantity, Name, etc. 2. Trims edges, applies marks, fastens together, and adjusts variety of assembly components such as sheeting's, connectors, drain tubes, among others using assembly fixtures, hands, and/or hand tools. 3. Inspects components and/or products during each operation for defects, particles or air bubbles visually or using a binocular microscope requiring extremely accurate and diversified work with constant concentration of visual effort in order to make accept/reject decisions. 4. Conducts appropriate tests to components or products according to the area of work as instructed in shop orders or procedures using different machine and equipment such as infusion pump machine, Leakage machine, glue dispensing equipment, UV equipment's, gauges, etc. 5. Re-works rejected lots from Q.A. Inspectors. 6. Assists group peers to complete assigned tasks. 7. Mixes liquids, coats surgical devices, and performs non-routine operations according to specifications on shop orders in a separate area either sitting, standing or walking during the working period. 8. Washes all components and/or products in the alcohol station using required protective equipment such as gloves, respirator, and eye protectors as per applicable SDS (Safety Data Sheets). 9. Places silicone components and/or products in oven for curing process according to specifications. 10. Measures, cuts, and counts required components and/or products using a ruler, templates, cutters, scales, etc. 11. Fills information on documentation such as Shop Orders, etc. as required. 12. May perform other tasks of different products models or different work stations based on production needs or requirements. 13. Assemblers are required to work on priority orders when released to meet production schedules. 14. Achieve established productivity levels and quality standards. 15. Follows Clean Room Rules an Gowning Practices. 16. Uses the required protective equipment of the assigned work station. 17. Reads shop orders, blueprints, and procedures for specifications and follow Production Order Instructions and the established manufacturing specifications of Drawings, Procedures, QCIC, Test Method and Shop Orders. 18. Maintains work area and tools clean and organized at all moment. **DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Education and Experience** * High School graduate or equivalent * 0 to 3 years of experience in an FDA regulated environment is preferred * Ability to read and understand English * Manual abilities to work with small parts and hand tools * Ability to perform a variety of operations at the assembly lines * Rapidity to achieve productivity levels **TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED** Computers, sealing machines, test equipment, measurement tools (calipers, ruler, etc), general office equipment including, printers, copiers, scanners, fax machines and protector safety equipment of the assigned workstation as per SDS (Safety Data Sheets) **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS** The physical requirements listed in this section include, but are not limited, to the motor/physical abilities and skills require of this position in order to successfully undertake the essential duties and responsibilities of this position.
