Job Description
Backlog and shipment management to ensure meeting OTD and shipment revenue plan, liaise with BU Planning on backlog schedule base on material availabilitySupport manufacturing to meet all test out plan and KPI goals of unit cost, LOH, cost saving and cycle timeFPO issuance - issue Marking for non Top Marked lotsDrive critical tester OEE improvement and weekly reportingRequire to present shipment update in daily meeting and Operation MeetingTest WIP management - track all the test WIP closely and work with BU planning, production and engineering for disposition. Require some capacity knowledge for better WIP management
Qualifications
Fresh graduation or 1-2 years working experience with Manufacturing planningAble to communicate well with Customer (Ren Power), OSATCo-ordination with inhouse Production, Maintenance, PE, BU plannersKnowledge of Ms Excel, Macro, Power Point, WordAble to work on ad hoc request during weekendRequires some Capacity, OEE knowledge and extensive follow up with production, maintenance and engineering.Willing to learn and take up the challenges.
