In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Defines own tasks Proven executor Effectively influencing others without authority Handle and assist in ECO-s, drive and enhance R&D for NPI release Assist in developing production schedule detailing all task and setting completion target to ensure customer orders are shipped on time. Ensuring product availability to support end of quarter demand and order fulfillments and keeping minimal shippable backlogs.  Who You Are: Facilitate resolution of opposing ideas or objectives Effectively build and manage strategic working relationships Excellent communication and proven leadership skills Competence in manufacturing processes Improves/creates processes Brings solutions Basic Project Management skills Analytical & Strategic Planning skill   For This Role, You Will Need: BS/BSE level degree in business, supply chain, or related discipline 1-2 year of related experience (Fresh grads are welcome)
