CITIZEN \- A company\-sponsored interim secret is required to start\. **Basic Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree from accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education • Previous leadership experience • Demonstrate proficient knowledge and experience with SAP, and MS programs\. • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets\. • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of Management, industry peers, and internal and external customers\. • Related experience in MRP and ERP systems\. • Experience assigning/managing projects to organizational unit by leading team of managers and/or staff to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and time sensitive operational issues\. • Demonstrated ability to manage functional leaders in creating, monitoring and reporting on all executive operations metrics\. • Ability to obtain a security clearance\.
