You’ll create impact by:
·       Digital Transformation Leadership Lead and execute digital transformation initiatives in warehouse and manufacturing operations. Develop applications, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and dashboards using Power BI.
·       Lean ManufacturingImplement and lead lean principles such as Line Balancing, Waste Eleminination and other manufacturing optimizations. Coordinate industrial process engineering activities, including Lean Balancing. ·      IoT and DigitalizationLead IoT implementation in manufacturing machines, particularly in prefabrication processes.Manage and maintain digitalization devices, ensuring functionality and identifying opportunities for improvement.
·       Warehouse and Intralogistics Process EngineeringCoordinate intralogistics engineering processes such as Kanban systems, inventory optimization, and SAP system enhancements.
·     Global CoordinationServe as a bridge between Siemens Indonesia and Headquarters to drive digitalization, intralogistics advancements, best practices, and personnel development.
·      Data Analysis and ReportingAnalyze improvement data to identify actionable insights.Prepare presentations and supporting documentation for executive-level stakeholders.
·       Calibration and Tool SupportSupport the calibration process for tools and equipment.
·   Project ManagementManage improvement projects, including facility upgrades, layout redesigns, machine procurement, and other capital projects.Perform technical and commercial analysis, including calculating savings, benefits, and Return on Investment (ROI).
·       Continuous ImprovementDrive digitalization and process improvement within manufacturing and warehouse operations.Ensure maintenance and upgrades of digital tools to meet operational needs.
You’d describe yourself as:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:Minimum 3 years of proven experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial engineering roles.Strong track record in leading digital transformation projects, particularly in manufacturing and warehouse environments.Hands-on experience with implementing lean principles, such as SMED, Kanban, and inventory optimization.Proven experience in project management, including facility improvements, machine procurement, and ROI analysis.
· Technical Skills:Proficiency in developing dashboards and applications using Power BI and RPA tools.Knowledge of IoT technologies and their application in manufacturing processes.Experience with SAP systems and enhancing intralogistics workflows.Familiarity with calibration processes and tools is preferred.
·   Soft Skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings to executive stakeholders.Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between local teams and global headquarters.Effective leadership and collaboration abilities to drive change and engage cross-functional teams.
·   Certifications (Preferred):Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar.IoT or digitalization certifications.
o   Additional Requirements:High level of adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Willingness to travel locally and internationally
