**Position Overview:**
As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing, optimizing, and deploying manufacturing processes that deliver high-quality products while meeting cost and delivery goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Test, Failure Analysis, Quality, and Safety. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
+ Create process routings and manufacturing instructions for seamless production.
+ Design, build, and procure tooling and fixturing to improve product manufacturing.
+ Conduct cost/benefit analysis for process changes and equipment upgrades.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process safety, quality, and cycle time.
+ Lead or support multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing lean manufacturing principles.
+ Ensure processes are sustainable, repeatable, and meet customer CTQs (Critical to Quality).
+ Participate in early-stage development to align manufacturing processes with supply chain, quality, test, installation, and service requirements.
+ Utilize technical expertise to propose creative solutions for complex manufacturing challenges.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (Associates or High School plus 6+ years of applicable work experience will also be considered).
+ 1-3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
+ Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
+ Experience with 3D modeling/CAD software and ERP tools (Oracle, SAP).
+ Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills (including Microsoft Excel tools, macros).
+ Experience with BOM (PLM) tools and print reading.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Manufacturing process development experience in a high-volume environment.
+ Six Sigma Certification (Yellow/Green/Black Belt).
+ Knowledge and experience in AR/VR or advanced optics manufacturing is a plus.

**Pay Details:** $37.50 to $43.50 per hour
