Our Engineers are at forefront of product implementation & improvements - Your work would include developing innovative solutions geared towards improving processes.
You will be working across either major function (Making, Packing or Engineering) to:
Analyse, Investigate and make suggestions, in order to improve existing manufacturing or assembly processesDesign, development and operation of integrated production systemsTake an active role in the continuous improvement of machinery and process systemsMaintaining a keen eye for opportunities to implement lean manufacturing methodsIncrease the efficiency, effectiveness and success of overall product qualityIdentifies, prioritizes and eliminates process losses.Responsible for building the process capability and control.Responsible for defining equipment standards, leading process benchmarking and reapplication, and building capability to do technical troubleshooting and process improvement.Job Qualifications
Undergraduate currently studying towards An Engineering Degree or equivalent – Preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering
3-year qualification – 2nd & final year can apply, 4-year qualification – 3rd & final year can apply
Availability for the internship for 6 consecutive weeks
Analytical skills to drive change and long-term innovation
Leadership skills and ability to engage a team, organization or diverse culture
Technical proficiency
You love to work in a Team

Strong level of English both written and spoken
Hands on experience in a Mechanical or Electrical Process role
