Act as a proficient root cause analysis specialist, aiding a cross-functional team.Facilitate and conduct in-depth root cause analysis to address complex technical issues.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and effective problem-solving within the site.Ensure the prevention of errors and deviations through meticulous investigation and analysis.Work together with the Technical Unit team to attain excellence in quality and operational success.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in advanced root cause analysis and troubleshooting.Proficient experience in manufacturing procedures and ongoing enhancement.Capability to collaborate effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.Outstanding analytical and technical skills.Shown capability in promoting quality superiority and skillfully launching improvement endeavors.
