About This Role

The Manufacturing Program Manager (MPM) will serve as the primary ISC representative to program areas.This person will work across multiple ISC disciplines and multiple manufacturing locations to coordinate the timely, accurate, and complete execution of engineering development and transition to production (TTP) activities.
Responsibilities to Include:
· Lead cross functional, multi-site team through the various TTP activities including facilities and resource planning, manufacturing readiness, supply chain health, quality requirements, and process development.
· Establish overall manufacturing schedule and coordinate details to each location along with tracking to ensure on time completion
· Coordinate design schedule with the manufacturing and supply chain
· Establish and track TTP metrics across the sites and report metrics to ELT as needed
· Coordinate key purchases/sub-contracts with external supply chain to include flow down of all contract and quality requirements
Coordinate ISC CAM EVMS planning and executionLead integration of production requirements/demandsCoordinate all Operations proposal inputsCoordinate and support all Customer reviews and audits of ISCFacilitate Technical Interchange / Problem ResolutionIdentify, Track, and Mitigate RisksWho We Are

Education:
Position requires a B.S. within manufacturing process development and/or industrial engineering or related discipline
Position Requirements:
Strong leadership skills and experience.Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization verbally and in writing; translates technical decisions/strategies into business terms and implications; produces clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiences.Manages time and resources efficiently, focusing on ever-shifting priorities; continually seeks way to improve individual/team efficiency.Exhibits an assertive personality with a strong bias for action with a results-orientation; tackles tough problems with firm deadlines.Effective and expeditious problem isolation with demonstrable troubleshooting and corrective action skills.Must have strong written and verbal communications skills and be able to work in a team-oriented environment.Ability to travel around 25% - 50% of the time.Six Sigma Certified Black Belt or Green Belt PreferredLicense and Certification Requirements:
