SRCTec, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager to provide leadership and support for the execution of programs. SRCTec’s innovative programs provide for new product development, product upgrades/enhancements, depot/field service support, training, installations, and production/engineering. Customers are primarily Department of Defense and other government agencies along with a growing international market.
What You'll Do
Lead cross functional resources towards the successful execution of awarded manufacturing contractsDeliver manufacturing contracts on-time to the customer and on budget to the business with respect to both material and laborManage business area risks such as delivery schedule, program budgets, and product/program supply chainInterface with Manufacturing Managers to provide detailed plans and direction for execution of production contentProvide regular status and updates to SRC Program Management on topics such as cost, schedule, material concerns, and risksLead and support efforts for proposal development, responding to proposal requests for ongoing/new efforts, and supporting business development activities for the product lineSupport internal company activities such as: ISO compliance audits, program management reviews, financial reviews and process improvement initiativesDevelop future leaders though coaching and mentoring within the manufacturing organizationWhat You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, mathematics, business administration or a related field with 8+ years program related experience, including 3 years program leadership experience (e.g., technical lead, DPM, EPM)10+ years of experience desired in manufacturing with minimum of two years’ project management experienceExperience in a high mix, low volume or low mix, high volume manufacturing environmentPrior experience with continuous improvement tools (lean, 5S, and visual management) a plusMust be able to communicate effectively, have excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoy working in a team environmentMust be self-reflective and have a desire to improve performance; also, must be able to effectively display empathy in difficult situationsMust be an effective decision maker (objective and pragmatic) as well as follow a structured approach to both problem solving and daily task managementWhat Sets Us Apart?

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $101,140 to $139,068 annually. The salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
