JOB SUMMARY As  Project Coordinator , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR + Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Experience: 2–4 years of experience in project management required. + Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. + Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. WHAT YOU’LL DO + Manage the overall delivery of projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality expectations. + Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates and managing expectations. + Oversee project changes, billing, and invoicing, resolving issues promptly. + Monitor project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and escalate issues as needed. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion. + Prepare post-project documentation and ensure smooth execution of warranties, field services, and customer support. + Identify opportunities for follow-up work or new projects and lead continuous improvement initiatives. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This position is full-time and requires onsite work at our Houston, TX facility.
