Key Responsibilities\:

Oversee Quality Operations for one or several production sectors, ensuring that the Process Control Plan is effectively applied.Lead continuous improvement initiatives on production lines to enhance quality and efficiency.Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement problem-solving strategies.Participate in Short Interval Management for production lines to optimize performance.Create and maintain comprehensive quality control documentation.Lead Process Audits and conduct Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA).Provide insights and challenge quality aspects for new products or product evolution (PMP and PEP).Regularly assess the execution of PEP processes, ensuring the effective use of tools (Symphony, Tempo, NextGen PDM, etc.).Conduct risk assessments and evaluations to mitigate potential quality issues.Serve as the local expert on assembled products within your sector.Validate inspection methods and identify new technologies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.Validate materials and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
