Role Summary
Process customer orders,
Schedule the production (man, equipment, facilities, material, finance) of all relevant processes for short, mid and long term.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan all resources as Process/Machine/Equipment/Tool and Manpower,
Align with Material and Packaging availability,
Monitor production / assembly activities and escalate deviations as appropriate,
Preparation for required reports and statistics,
Consider the plan with minimum energy minimum manpower and minimum cost.
Key Qualifications/Requirements2 - 5 years of experience in production planning,
Good command of plastic injection molding machine production planning processes,
Strong communication and follow up,
Knowledge in the fields of lean logistics,
Good knowledge of MS Office Programs,
Strong SAP (WM-MM) Knowledge,
Good knowledge in English,
Target oriented in Manufacturing Resource Planning KPI’s.
