Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesAs Manufacturing SAP Key User you will be responsible for receive all information related to the design of new existing products, as well as ensure correct information related to product engineering changes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for loading the BOM into SAP for series and new projects.Keep the system updated related to engineering changes (Material accounts) logistics convention.Responsible to manage the master data for other system interactions from SAP (Digital boards, MII).Responsible for labeling set up for internal and external packaging (WIP & Finish good)Maintain and update change in serial engineering release documents and processes.For each assigned project (series and projects), evaluate and implement alternative solutions.Manage product modification dates according to change procedures of Engineering.Maintain interaction with the New Programs/projects area.Coordinate product testingCoordinate meetings on engineering changes.Attend meetings on new projects to provide actions and follow-up on change issues engineering.Responsible for MIIDefine BOM audit schedule with multi-disciplinary team by semester.Evaluation of routingsConfirmation of engineering levelsActively participate in product design reviews.Standardize components to reduce costs.Comply with the code of ethics and report any violation of what it establishes.Comply with the administration code and report any failure to comply with what it establishes.Your profile and competencies to succeedKey requirements:
