iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Manufacturing Sciences, Analytics & Technology Project Coordinator VIE in our Process Management and Manufacturing team you will support deliverables for Modulus Singapore, while utilizing business tools from Manufacturing Sciences, Analytics & Technology (MSAT) Global Project Management.

Main responsibilities:

Play a strong role in defining, planning and monitoring projects.Coordinate team members, in order to build & polish communication & escalation structures.Monitoring performance & ensure stakeholder communication & reporting.Structure and document projects with the intention of knowledge retention and lessons learnt.Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.Governance of highly matrixed organizations.Process equipment documentation & single-use technology design of process transfer projects.Capex project staging of MSAT laboratory, including feasibility and conceptual designs.

About you

Experience:

Experience in a Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) biopharmaceutical facility, and/or small- or pilot-scale hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and purification techniques.Experience in project management and/or Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies is a plus.

Soft and Technical skills:

Data-driven.Scientifically curious.Effective communicator.Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Education:

Master’s degree in science or engineering, preferably in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, or Chemical Engineering.

Languages:

Fluent English (written and verbal).
