Location: Faribault, MN in office 5 days per week

Timeline: This Internship opportunity is for May–August 2025

What you will do:

Work with an assigned engineer to research and analyze data related to the production of Daikin’s products Design/improve/test production processes or systems under the direction of the assigned engineer Work with assigned engineers to design/implement tools and processes intended to improve the quality and efficiency of the production operation

 Minimum Qualifications:

Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering Experience with Solidworks or related CAD software Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

Reside within a 300-mile radius of our Faribault North Factory
