As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be performing the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. **Job Description** **Essential Responsibilities** + Responsible for the warehouse management and calibration calendar + Manage the housekeeping and the production + Oversee the propellers repairing + Execute production according to the appropriate instructions + Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline + Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or experience + Resolve issues using established procedures + Support concurrent engineering activities with the design engineers and/or with the customer + Identify processes optimization to be implemented Develop and consolidate best practices and standards for manufacturing **Qualifications/Requirements** + Degree in Mechanical Engineering or High School Diploma with proven experience in manufacturing in the aviation field + Previous experience in a similar role in complex industrial context + Knowledge of Microsoft Office + Fluent Italian and good English knowledge + Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required **Desired Characteristics** + Knowledge of aircraft maintenance manuals and components maintenance manuals + Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to team projects + Strong oral and written communication skills + Strong interpersonal + Ability to work independently + Strong problem solving skills + Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work + Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn **What we offer** **Smart working and work life-balance** Avio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
