This position is directly responsible in enforcing compliance by the toll processors to all its contractual obligations in the Toll Processing Agreement for Basic processing, Further processing, and Warehousing operation.  The position is also responsible in enforcing Quality and Food Safety programs to Toll processing plant set by SMFI.
