Manufacturing Specialist - Cell Culture
Job Title: Biomedical Manufacturing Specialist

Job Description

Currently seeking a lab technician responsible for performing cell culture techniques, supporting mammalian cell culture manufacturing processes, operating various process equipment, and documenting daily manufacturing operations in a cGMP environment. The candidate will produce products by setting up, cleaning, performing cell culture, and following aseptic procedures.

Qualified candidates will participate in the aseptic processing of in-house made solutions and all patient processes according to cGMPs. They will read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), set up and operate production equipment (e.g., control rate freezer, orbital shaker), assist in deviation and CAPA investigations, and compile data/information related to internal investigations as required. Additionally, they will revise approved documents as required, including SOPs, batch records, and/or MS forms, perform routine transactions with the ERP system, and complete GMP documentation, including batch records, logbooks, and forms, according to GDP. The role also includes maintaining the clean room environment below alert level limits by following established procedures.
