A day in the Life:Operate and monitor sterile manufacturing equipmentAdhere strictly to safety and quality protocolsCollaborate with team members to successfully implement production plansKeys to Success:Attention to detail and dedication to qualityProven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentDetermination to meet and exceed production targetsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent experience required.ExperiencePrevious experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with sterile or cleanroom operationsFamiliarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturingKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong understanding of sterile manufacturing processesExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively and work under strict guidelinesPhysical Requirements / Work Environment

Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a sterile environment. Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 kg. Compliance with all safety regulations is mandatory.
