Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor with expertise in production leadership, assembly, and metal fabrication within a unionized environment.

Requirements:

BS Degree or equivalent relevant experience 4+ years of production/manufacturing leadership Strong assembly experience Experience with metal fabrication and welding Experience in a union environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience with a UAW workforce Experience in a heavy industrial environment

Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and maintain manufacturing activities Ensure effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel for quality production at minimum costs Manage people, set direction, and deploy resources to achieve results through influence and negotiation Meet day-to-day and short-term targets by setting team priorities for task completion Set up equipment operation feed, speed, and temperature; drive continuous improvement in plant processes

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
