Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsible for the processing operations required in the production of the finished product, goods, and services of the organizational unit, and also for plant personnel, quality, production and safety. Reports to the Operations Leader. Oversees performance of product assembly, including the following: Providing direction and leadership, problem solving, and support. Possesses advanced job skills with knowledge and understanding of a variety of products and processes. Facilitates special projects. Strives for continuous improvement in teamwork and communications.

Shift: Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday

Would start and train on Days (M-F) then move to weekends

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

Provide direct support to Operations Leader in the following areas:Maintaining good housekeeping and safety practicesProviding training to all production employeesMaintaining an overall positive morale in manufacturingImpacting/supporting company and departmental objectivesProduction scheduling.Provide support to quality programs as defined by management to maintain high standards of quality in production.Assist production employees on assembly problems/problem solving, making use of Engineering and Tech Support resources as necessary.Data collection and failure analysisOther duties as assigned/required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 5 years technical/electro-mechanical manufacturing experience with progressive responsibility; at least 2 years of Supervisory experience.Formal education in electronics or combination of education and experience. Must be able to read and follow written test and assembly processes and procedures.Must be able to read/comprehend schematics and wiring diagrams.Experience/training in the use of DMM, personal computers, and hand tools.Training or certification in IPC-A-610 desired.Experience in electronics manufacturing/test requiredStrong communication skills in both written and oral EnglishComputer literate (i.e.  Windows, Excel, Word)

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $70,000-$85,000 per per year. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance based bonuses and benefits.  This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, location, and shift.  The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and hours worked.
