We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Manufacturing Supervisor based in Monarca Plant Juarez, Chihuahua (E-Systems Division). 

 

As Manufacturing Supervisor you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Manufacturing manager.

 

Your Task will be

Executes and coordinates activities based on the plan developed by the project leader, to achieve the program objectives in each construction phase. Develops appropriate methods, work instructions and visual aids for the manufacturing method so as to ensure quality, output and efficiency of the production system. Analyzes Manufacturing change proposals and based on these, notifies the impact on equipment and tooling to the project leader and Product Manufacturing. He is responsible for the design of the manufacturing system, so as to ensure quality, output and efficiency for each family of harnesses in the assigned program. Ensure that the necessary machinery and equipment is delivered and installed to meet the required process capacity, according to the processes and design of the manufacturing system. Executes all activities related to the launches of new programs and the implementation of engineering changes.

To be Successful in this rule you will need:

Education: Bachelor’s degree on industrial Engineering or any related field. 1 year on similar positions within the automotive industry of wiring harnesses. Knowlwadge in Quality Systems. Production Plan. Proficient with Microsoft Office. English intermediate Level.
