We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Manufacturing Supervisor, based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon (E-Systems Division).
As Manufacturing Supervisor you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Manufacturing Manager.
Your Task will be
Monitor production and meet daily safety goals for quality, production, scrap, absenteeism, Verify that the necessary material for production is always available Comply with the production program Prepare the daily production report. Manage the personnel under your charge Monitor downtime and make the respective report. Support the line personnel in problem solving. Comply with the waste reduction program (scrap) Monitor and follow up on the 5s actions required to maintain a good level on your lines Ensure the execution of the shift change format and line starts.
To be Successful in this rule you will need:
Bachelor's/Engineering degree preferred, industrial engineering or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience preferably in the automotive industry (required) English proficient Analysis skills, communication, decision abilities, problem solving skills. Experience in personnel management Previous experience in the automotive SMT industry (required). Experience in assembly lines. Problem-solving tools Rotating Shift Availability Excel advancing#LI-DNI
