Ensure the production requested by our customers is carried out safely and with high quality in our Tijuana plant.

A typical day for you might include\:

Optimize performance of our plant by hierarchically leading teams.Managing human and material resources with unionized personnel under your responsibility, keeping them safe and maintaining 5S standards.Carrying out production line improvement projects (via root cause analysis, process improvement using Lean manufacturing tools).Training incoming unionized personnel, promoting flexibility and rotation.
