Optimizing Performance\: Leading teams hierarchically to enhance plant performance.Resource Management\: Overseeing human and material resources with unionized personnel, ensuring safety and maintaining 5S standards.Continuous Improvement\: Implementing production line improvement projects through root cause analysis and Lean manufacturing tools.Training Personnel\: Onboarding and training incoming unionized personnel while promoting flexibility and rotation.
