You will be a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Camden Operations team. Our manufacturing team works on final assembly, test and storage operations for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) programs.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising production and working closely with functional support teams to drive results and meet performance metrics. Your responsibilities will include:
• Meeting schedules and performance targets for assigned areas
• Achieving PMT metrics, including cost and savings targets
• Driving continuous improvement through 6S audits, FOD prevention, and ESD control
• Developing and implementing plans to reduce energy usage in production areas
• Managing day-to-day activities of assigned personnel, including discipline and performance management
• Meeting online training requirements and maintaining operator qualifications and special process authorizations

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Ability to drive results in accordance with schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Ability to interface with customers on a professional level.
• Supervisory experience managing production employees.
• Production schedule proficiency

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
