Manufacturing Support - Purchasing (Part Time)

Responsibilities:

 

Assist the purchasing department with various tasks. Input data into various types of software and databases used in the manufacturing environment. Filing Invoice reconciliation. Create / Close shop floor job packets. Perform other duties as assigned. Provide administrative assistance to other departments and managers as directed by the Manager.

 

Qualifications:

 

0-4 years' related experience Basic computer skills (Experience with MS Office programs (primarily Word and Excel), organizational skills, communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, are required. Must have valid driving privileges.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Associate degree (non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED) Experience in purchasing or accounting fields.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.  Benefits are not applicable to part-time positions.
