You will be the Manufacturing Support Team Member \- Policies/Procedures for our manufacturing team\. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing company policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency and cost\-effectiveness\.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manufacturing Support Team Member \- Policies/Procedures, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and revising administrative operations and manufacturing work controls\. Your responsibilities will include:
•Developing and coordinating improved policies, methods, and procedures
•Analyzing and revising existing standard practices and operating procedures
•Creating reporting documentation and management systems
•Collaborating with teams to achieve greater operations efficiency

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\.
**Basic Qualifications:**
Familiar with SAP data entry and reporting\.
Exposure to reading, understanding, and writing work instructions for manufacturing processes\.
Familiar with the concepts of quality management systems\.
Strong listening, reading and writing skills\.
Basic proficiency with PC, keyboarding, and Microsoft Word and Excel\.

Demonstrated ability to complete organizational projects and goals by performing tasks requiring discretion and general knowledge and ability\.
Demonstrated general knowledge and application of industry practices, techniques, and standards\.
Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external contacts\. Represents organization on specific projects, teams\.
Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity\. Refers to policies and practices for guidance\.
Working knowledge of SAP R\\\\3\.
Self\-starter, able to work under general supervision\.
Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy\.
Shows a track record of meeting scheduled deadlines\.
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
