**Description:** You will be the Manufacturing Support Team Member for the Missiles & Fire Control \(MFC\) team\. Our team is responsible for developing and supporting manufacturing processes for the Dallas Electrical shop, driving collaboration and continuous improvement across the organization\.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manufacturing Support Team Member, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining work instructions, representing the shop in program meetings, and implementing process improvements to support the Dallas electrical shop operation\. You will work closely with shop floor personnel, shop management, and program management to drive results\.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and maintaining work instructions and task lists to support production and development products
• Representing the shop in program meetings and ensuring proper implementation of drawing changes
• Supporting root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts
• Validating processes and new equipment to support shop operations
• Interfacing with cross\-functional teams to drive collaboration and process improvements

**Basic Qualifications:**
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education\.
• Have technical writing skills and able to read schematics and drawing requirements\.
• This facility requires special access therefore, you must be a US Citizen
**Desired Skills:**
• Experience with Standards \(AS91000 / AS9102\), IPC, J\-STD, and MIL\-STSD specifications
• Able to interpret drawings and specifications to develop and translate into work instructions\.
• Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc\.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Process Improvement experience
• Experience in creating manufacturing plans and work instructions\.
• SAP ERP
• Apriso Experience
• Windchill PLM Experience\.
• MPM Link Experience
• Effective Communication Skills: Written, Oral, and Listening

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
