**Description:** You will be the Manufacturing Support Team Member for the Missiles & Fire Control \(MFC\) team\. Our team is responsible for developing and supporting manufacturing processes for the Dallas Electrical shop, driving collaboration and continuous improvement across the organization\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Manufacturing Support Team Member, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining work instructions, representing the shop in program meetings, and implementing process improvements to support the Dallas electrical shop operation\. You will work closely with shop floor personnel, shop management, and program management to drive results\.
