Lockheed Martin Space in Huntsville, AL seeks an early career Manufacturing Support Team Member to support production of some of these technologies. This is a rare opportunity to work closely alongside our Army Hypersonics Program Office (AHPO) to field a number of future strategic systems that the nation urgently needs. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to be part of a team in an exciting, fast-paced dynamic environment, who is a self-starter, and who can hit the ground running.
Summary of Key Duties: In this role, you will…
• Deliver experienced planning support
• Provide Make and Buy Planning support to meet schedule need
• Provide planning support to the production floor
• Coordinate input from all partners including, Engineering, Program Planning, Demand Management, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics to deliver product on time to support the Integrated Master Schedule

Basic Qualifications:
• Must have 1-2 years of experience in a Manufacturing, Production, Operations, or Logistics environment.
• Vendor communication experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Cross-functional team communication
• Must be a United States citizen an be able to obtain a Secret government security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors degree in a Business or technical
discipline with 3 years of experience
• Make / Buy analysis experience
• Scheduling experience
• Microsoft Project experience
• SAP experience
• MMAS experience
• Earned Value Management experience
• Logistics experience
• FAR/DFAR knowledge
• Data analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to communicate and present to
executives
• Leadership experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off

Although this position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Huntsville, AL and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate.
