We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Support Team Member Senior to join our team in Fort Worth, TX\. In this role, you will provide critical support across production and business processes in a team\-based manufacturing environment, ensuring quality and efficiency in delivering mission\-critical aircraft\.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
As a Manufacturing Support Team Member Senior, you will:
• **Support manufacturing operations** : Assist in production planning, control, and process improvement for F\-35 aircraft production\.
• **Collaborate across functions** : Work with production, engineering, material management, and other teams to ensure seamless operations and process alignment\.
• **Facilitate problem\-solving** : Address production challenges through root cause analysis and innovative solutions\.
• **Maintain quality standards** : Ensure compliance with Foreign Object Debris \(FOD\) processes, policies, and total quality management principles\.
• **Interpret technical documents** : Read and understand blueprints, detailed layouts, process standards, and work instructions to guide operations\.
• **Drive process improvement** : Contribute to initiatives that enhance production efficiency and operational effectiveness\.
• **Engage with customers** : Interact with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, align expectations, and support product planning\.

**Basic Qualifications:**
• Experience relative to aircraft manufacturing, structural assembly, or modification\.
• Experience in Foreign Object Debris process and policies
• Experience reading and interpreting detail, blueprints, lay\-out sketches, process standards and specifications
• Experience with understanding aircraft work instructions
**Desired Skills:**
• Ability to communicate effectively to hourly and salary audience
• Ability to effectively communicate to upper leadership, customer and workforce
• Ability to use windows applications and software
• Self starter
• 2\-5 years of experience in aerospace

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
