Key Responsibilities

Smart Factory Automation & Digitalization – Develop, implement and maintain smart factory system for factory automation & digitalization

Machine Integration and Improvement – Drive machine performance improvement through IoT system integration and continuous system enhancement.

Production & New Product Support – Support manufacturing plans, assist in new product development, and perform machine setup and relocation.

Cost & Investment Management – Implement cost reduction projects, propose and execute capacity expansion investments, and assist in budget planning.

Training & Communication – Mentor and train peers and technicians, maintain professional communication across all departments, and develop new skills in AI, Power Automation, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Degree in Electronic/ Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or a related field.

Skills:

Familiarity to factory automation and IoT & control system

Programming knowledge such as Python, C/C++, Java, MySQL, Power Automate

Strong analytic & problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Experience with machine stability improvement techniques.
