Roche Singapore Technical Operations - Manufacturing Team Lead, Singapore, Tuas based.

The Opportunity:

As the Manufacturing Team Lead for the Singapore RSTO affiliate, you play a key role in supporting daily supervision of manufacturing operations and personnel while in full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Roche’s corporate principles, quality policies and standards.

As the Manufacturing Team Lead, you are responsible for:

Who you are:

You will be complying with all Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements & adhering to the site security measures

Promoting a continuous improvement culture, encouraging experimentation and learning & supervising the GMP manufacturing operations and participating in personnel management.

Scheduling to meet manufacturing timelines & prioritisation based on production schedule and objectives.

Recommendations on human resources, budget, and department operations.

Liaison with internal personnel and external representatives.

Leading the cross-functional improvement initiatives and audit closure.

You hold a Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering discipline (or equivalent). Preferably with 5 years or more of related manufacturing GMP experience and education.

You prove to be an experienced people manager with at least 1 or more years in managing a team in biotech or pharmaceutical operating environment

You hold a good knowledge of GMP systems and biologics production process 

You are prepared to work on a 12-hour shift schedules with 2 rotating shift patterns in accordance with 2 months of Day Shift (7.30am to 8pm) & 2 months of Night Shift (7.30pm to 8am) as per the below working pattern:-

Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun 730 - 8pm

Week 2: Wed, Thurs
