Weekend PM Shift Hours:

Friday Night - Sunday Morning: 6pm - 6:30am

ResponsibilitiesDrive safety culture by being a role model, strictly growing safety awareness and improving safety for all roles.Maintain 5S standards within the department.Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards, strictly following cGMP and all procedures.Complete all quality actions, including TrackWise actions, CAPAs, and quality walk actions, within two weeks.Ensure schedule adherence and monitor product SKU efficiencies.Coordinate the performance of assemblers, operators, line leads, and equipment.Ensure appropriate staffing levels on a shift-by-shift basis.Increase efficiencies across all processes with evidence of incremental improvements.Communicate schedule changes with all collaborators.Conduct process audits to ensure compliance.Drive continuous improvement through Gemba, JDI, RCCM, mentoring, and Kaizen eventsManage people issues, including absence and capability issues, and complete PMDs.Represent manufacturing in new process introductions.Conduct effective shift handovers daily and present data to diverse teams of staff.Stand in for the supervisor role when required.Perform quality audits and investigations of equipment, errors, people, quality, and safety.Perform production assembly, operator, and technician roles as needed.Lead RCCM investigations to a high standard.Direct others by establishing direction, distributing workload, and communicating clearly.Track and assign responsibilities for tasks, set clear objectives, and provide feedback.Develop direct reports using the PMD process, offering clear and constructive feedback.Direct the daily workload to ensure schedule completion while managing utilization and efficiency.Boost production processes using PPI tools.Perform other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:Minimum Education Required: HS Diploma.2-year post-high school education or applicable industry experience1-year experience leading a team in a professional work environment

Preferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PP, Excel)Lean Manufacturing experienceAdvanced communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to mentor, train, motivate, and coachAbility to identify waste and improve processesAbility to delegateContinuous Improvement Certification (e.g., Six Sigma) a plus
