Meat Room

Job Tasks

Operate forkliftOperate system using Human Machine Interface (equipment panel views)Load/unload/organize reefersPerform a protein inventoryReceive and understand instruction from Control Room Operator on meat logLocate correct protein and communicate with Prime for necessary reefer movementsPrep reefer for pick up. Empty meat tote. Load dirty pallets.System check equipment to ensure operating correctly and safely before operationOperate rotating fork lift to dump meat into meat crusherManually remove/stack palletsDisassemble and reassemble frozen meat systemClean meat room and all equipment withinComplete all tasks in work area on the master cleaning schedule and document Basic trouble shooting of equipment issues

Operate fork liftOperate system using Human Machine Interface (equipment panel views)Print correct labels and placardsEnsure you have all materials needs for totingHook up work tank through inline screen to the barreling system on the flow panelPull and label samples. Include 1 sample with last full tote of run.Lift pallet onto scale, insert slip sheet, and setup tote frameFill tote with liquid while monitoring the bladder is filling correctly if filling cardboard totesFill cage totesFill barrels/drums and use liners if neededApply phosphoric acid and sorbic acid solution on each tote/barrelApply label and placard to tote while numbering correctlyWrap totes and load on trailerComplete all tasks in work area on the master cleaning schedule and documentBasic trouble shooting of equipment issues

Operate fork liftHook up work tank on flow panel to circulate through the BreddoGather raw materials specified on the batch sheet and document lot numbersOperate system using Human Machine Interface (equipment panel views)Run bulk bags using the bulk add systemManually cut and dump 50/55lb bagsMeasure out and add dry and liquid ingredientsRework/add from totes (caged or cardboard) using the system pumpsChange out liquid ingredient drums as neededMeter in intermediates using the north intermediate pump. Prime and backflush system.Disassemble/reassemble system for cleaningComplete all tasks in work area on the master cleaning schedule and documentBasic trouble shooting of equipment issues
