Job Summary

Under the direction of engineering staff repair, install, adjust, or maintain industrial production and processing machinery.  May also install, dismantle, or move heavy machinery and equipment according to plans.

Job Details/Responsibilities Perform equipment and tooling setups in the production line.  Observe and test the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters or other testing devices. Inspect equipment to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. As part of corrective and preventive maintenance, complete requirement, document, and maintenance clean, lubricate, or adjust parts, equipment, or machinery, inspect parts for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear (color coding). Disassemble or reassemble manufacturing equipment.   Record parts or materials used and order or requisition new parts or materials, as necessary. Analyze test results, machine error messages, or information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems. Study blueprints or manufacturers' manuals to determine correct installation or operation of machinery. Demonstrate equipment functions and features to machine operators. Daily support to manufacturing reducing downtime and quality issues related to equipment malfunctions. Troubleshoot production equipment to solve problems in the production line.  Execute equipment, process, and product validation activities.   Support in technology transfers and manufacturing validations. Participate in the design, fabrication, and startup of automated production equipment, as requested. Maintain the equipment documentation and manuals in designated areas.  Implement new set-ups and train others as appropriate.   Introduce equipment changes required to run new products and or modifications to existing ones.  Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering open communication, teamwork, and commitment to excellence.  Ensure compliance with all TPR procedures and all applicable regulatory agency requirements.   Other duties as assigned. Run, maneuver, navigate, or drive, mechanized equipment such as crane, preferred. Use hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things. Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing information and evaluate the results to choose the best solution. Handle and move objects by using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things. Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person. Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide and rounding). Provide new ideas or suggestion for process and equipment improvement.   Enter, transcribe, record, store, or maintain information in written or electronic/magnetic form. Translate or explain what information means and how it can be used. Computer literacy in programs as; Excel, Word & Power Point. This is an onsite role. Maximum remote work: 0%
  Qualifications/ Background Experiences Associate degree on technical field (electronics/industrial mechanics).   Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing regulated role.  Experience with GMP, ISO, and FDA requirements is preferred.
