Job Description: 

Hiring for all shifts - 1st, 2nd and weekends!

In this role, individuals may be responsible for conducting tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products.  Must be capable of using a variety of test equipment, logging information in technical databases and have a basic understanding of engineering schematics.  Basic troubleshooting skills are required.  This should include troubleshooting product, subassembly, and circuit board failures to component level.  Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team. 

Essential Functions:

Responsible for conducting tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products. Must be capable of using a variety of test equipment, logging information in technical databases and have a basic understanding of engineering schematics. Basic troubleshooting skills are required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team. Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift (up to 12 hours).

Qualifications:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Currently enrolled in a electrical technican degree programBasic knowledge of Electrical Engineering theoryAssociates degree (technical discipline) Electronics / RF Troubleshooting ExperienceExperience with Harris RFCD products and assembly processesAble to perform LabVIEW driven automated testsFamiliar with basic test equipment, i.e. Signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzersAble to read and understand schematic diagramsMS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and OutlookRegularly demonstrates a positive attitudeStrong Customer focusAbility to work in a team environmentCapable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvementsStrong communication skillsFamiliarity with basic computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel (Unicam knowledge a plus)Willingness to work and learn in fast-paced production environment

  In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $33,700 - $57,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
