We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, solutions-focused Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our factory running smoothly — tackling equipment breakdowns, carrying out maintenance, and driving improvements that enhance reliability across the site.
What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns, escalating where neededLead and support initiatives to boost equipment reliability and performanceCoach and collaborate with operators to build technical capability across the teamConduct root cause investigations and help eliminate recurring issuesEnsure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standardsWhat You’ll Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (desirable)Ideally experience as a fitter or similar1–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred)Strong understanding of Safety and Quality Management Systems — ideally from food or pharma industriesA team mindset, problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvementWhat can you expect from Mars?
