Technicians will join a multi-skilled team responsible for operating, maintaining, daily running and troubleshooting of complex process technologies on our production lines. They contribute to producing high quality branded products that improves the lives of consumers. The plant operates 24 hours a day and our technicians work a 12.5 hour shift pattern, including days and nights. What we Offer You: + Competitive Salary: You will join on our starting pay and spend your first six to nine months qualifying into your role. Once you have qualified, you will move to our level two pay. 5-day shift patternStarting pay with shift premium - £36,902.32Level 2 pay with shift premium - £40,436.247-day shift patternStarting pay with shift premium - £40,126.32Level 2 pay with shift premium - £43,660.24 + Generous Pension: The Company will contribute double the amount you contribute towards your pension savings, up to a maximum company contribution of 14% of your pensionable pay. + Annual Leave: You will start with 25 days annual leave entitlement (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service up to 30 days. + 1-4-1 Shares: For every share that you purchase, the Company will purchase a share on your behalf.
