Manufacturing Technician
Actively Interviewing for Aseptic/Manufacturing Technicians to join top client in Social Circle, GA!

Job Description

Prepare media and buffer solutions. Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) systems. Assemble and operate filtration systems. Operate general production equipment such as pH and conductivity meters, autoclave, portable mixers, etc. Monitor and record critical process parameters. Complete all relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to maintain GMP standards. Perform sampling using aseptic techniques. Participate on Continuous Improvement Teams. Receive and distribute supplies into production areas as necessary. Train and mentor other team members. Assist in troubleshooting process problems and responding to alarms. May perform other duties as assigned.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Social Circle, Georgia.

Work Environment

Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating 12HR Day Shift - 6:00AM-6:30PM on an alternating 2-3-2 schedule.

Repeating weeks 1 and 2. Will be working in a cleanroom environment. Must gown up and down each time they enter the manufacturing area.
