Description
This company is looking for a manufacturing technician to support reagent manufacturing within the packaging department.
Filling bulk reagents into final container bottles and preparing kits of multiple reagents. This includes: obtaining bulk reagents from production; printing bottle/container labels; allocating reagent into containers; assembling containers; capping containers; packaging multiple reagents into a single container and placing finished product into inventory.
Prints labels and applies to bottles and boxes by hand or with machine
o\tPipetting reagents into bottles
o\tMeasuring reagent volumes by graduated cylinder
o\tOperates packaging equipment: printer, labeler, electronic/mechanical fillers
o\tFills non-sterile liquid products in dark room and fume hood work areas
o\tPrepares components, bottles, inserts, and instructions
o\tAssembles Kits
o\tVerifies accuracy and documents batch records
o\tWorks following SOPs and following directions from Manager
o\tKeeps inventory status on products
•\tMaintains a clean, orderly and safe laboratory environment following health and safety
guidelines
•\tPerforms other duties as assigned

- Ability to follow SOP
- Familiarity with pipetting
- Punctuality and reliable
•\tAbility to lift 25 lbs. unassisted

•\tAbility to wear latex gloves and safety glasses
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00
