Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

Large Semiconductor Manufacturer needs support in a clean room environment for a long-term Material Handling project.

ResponsibilitiesManage and track the movement of material to ensure it is where it needs to be at the required time.Register the movement of material and maintain the status in SAP within 24 hours of status change.Manage the storage of the material for quick retrieval and prevent loss.Physically move the material within the clean room and support the movement from the warehouse to the customer facility.Track and register serial numbers of the material using RF Scanner.Ensure the material is allocated and moved using the appropriate transportation method.Order material and organize transportation as required.Inspect tools for completeness and appropriate certifications.Maintain a neat and clean work area.Ensure accuracy and completeness of tooling and 'kits' as part of the pickup and return process, rejecting incomplete or inaccurate tools/kits.Assist in defect resolution for incoming tools/kits.Work according to local and customer safety and specific Ways of Working (WoW).Essential SkillsExperience in Material Handling or Manufacturing Environment.Proficiency with RF Scanner.Basic knowledge of Excel.Good personality and proactive attitude.Experience working in a clean room environment (preferred but not essential).Additional Skills & QualificationsWarehouse/Semiconductor Materials Handling experience.Knowledge of computer systems such as ERP/MRP, Excel, or other Inventory Management Systems.Strong communication skills for pass downs/changeovers.Experience with semiconductor or complex equipment.Experience using SAP systems or similar complex ERP.Handling of complex electro-mechanical components.Advanced Excel skills including the ability to open and close documents, use the Find/search function, and apply filters.Customer service orientation.Multitasking skills.Initiative and ability to work independently while seeking help and feedback when needed.Organizational skills for setting up and optimizing work areas.Ability to convey processes, thoughts, and remaining tasks to counterparts.Background in process improvement or lean manufacturing/logistics environment.Work Environment

The work involves physical labor and requires being active in a bunny suit for the entire shift. Employees will work both inside and outside a clean room and must be comfortable being on their feet all day. The work schedule is 7am to 7pm, with shifts either from Sunday to Tuesday (and every other Saturday) or Wednesday to Friday (and every other Saturday).

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00
