This role will be with our client who has a global footprint in both R&D and manufacturing within the biopharma industry. Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Job Location: Middlesex County, NJ Job Type: Contract to Hire Compensation: 28/hr. depending on experience Key Responsibilities: + Perform downstream processing in a cGMP environment + Perform downstream manufacturing process including AKTA Purification, filtration, and other related process activities + Provide technical leadership for the development and implementation of purification processes. + Create and maintain equipment specifications and enhance manufacturing procedures. + Follow GMP protocols within the production area Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or other life science and 1+ years of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (internships will be considered acceptable experience) + Proven experience in GMP environment or Internship in a GMP environment ** **_This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
