**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will read mechanical drawings and electric schematics to ensure product specifications and tolerances are met. You will troubleshoot equipment, manage calibration, and handle preventive maintenance processes, including process documentation and production records. Additionally, you will be responsible for equipment programming, set-up, and operation to ensure product specifications are met. You will perform electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical assembly and fabrication, and assist in the design of tooling and fixtures for manufacturing by collaborating with mechanical and electrical engineering teams. Your role will also involve creating, modifying, and revising manufacturing work instructions and process flow documentation, observing safety and security procedures, and reporting potentially unsafe conditions. Understanding and practicing TOC and Lean initiatives in daily work is essential.
