Manufacturing Technician
**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician** **Job Description** The Manufacturing Quality Technician is responsible for performing and documenting inspections on assigned molding machines in accordance with the Quality Assurance Report (QAR) and/or Control Plan. You will ensure that products meet QA requirements by using basic gauging equipment such as calipers, height gauges, and vision systems. Additionally, you will communicate any problems encountered throughout the process. **Responsibilities** + Perform and document inspections on assigned molding machines. + Ensure products meet Quality Assurance requirements. + Utilize basic gauging equipment such as calipers, height gauges, and vision systems. + Communicate any problems encountered throughout the process. + Work off of written and verbal work instructions. + Document data accurately. + Perform inspections with strong attention to detail. + Maintain strong communication skills throughout the process. **Work Environment** Work is performed in a Clean Room environment, requiring daily gowning up with a smock, hairnet, and beard net. Day and night shifts are available: Day Shifts: A Shift: Sun, Mon, Tues, E/O Wed --> 6:00 AM-6:00 PM C Shift: Thurs, Fri, Sat, E/O Wed --> 6:00 AM-6:00 PM Night Shifts: B Shift: Sun, Mon, Tues, E/O Wed --> 6:00 PM-6:00 AM D Shift: Thurs, Fri, Sat, E/O Wed --> 6:00 PM-6:00 AM **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
